Game-based learning Activities

1. Spider man: the picture below shows a student who needs to use physical action to "touch" the target vocabulary from the teacher or their peers. For example, the Teacher or peers can request the player: "move the right hand to touch the Egg, then move the left foot to touch the Milk".


After vocabulary is taught explicitly, students needs to practice the words in context many times. And have a short assessment every week. In the meantime, the teacher attaches pictures to vocabulary words and puts the words on word walls for Tom to refer to throughout the unit.
